Product Designer

Are you passionate about how great design can transform products and create exceptional user experiences? Do you enjoy influencing end-to-end customer journeys and simplifying complex problems?

We are a team of thinkers, builders, and dreamers working towards creating simple and delightful digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and improve products for our customers.

What you will do

·        Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

·        Interpret quantitative and qualitative data, along with competitive analysis, to inform design decisions.

·        Define information architecture, interaction design, and experience flows using sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.

·        Conduct user research to generate insights that feed into the product roadmap.

·        Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life.

·        Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders.

·        Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.

·        Explore opportunities to enhance user experiences using AI-driven features (e.g., personalization, automation).

Requirements

·        3–8 years of product design experience in B2C products across web and mobile.

·        Experience working in agile development environments.

·        Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite.

·        Experience designing end-to-end user journeys from research to final UI.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
