  Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives

Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

Lead engagement initiatives and retention strategies

Address employee concerns and enhance workplace culture

4. Performance & HR Processes

Manage goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles

Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes

5. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with leadership, department heads, and HR teams

Support change management and organizational initiatives

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

Track key HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement)

Provide insights for data-driven decision-making.
