Estimation Engineer Tender - MEP

Cost Estimation, Cost Control and Reporting, Tendering and Bidding:

• Basic Understanding of MEPF tender documents, drawings, BOQ, technical specification, Prebid query.
• MEPF BOQ and documents technically review, cost comparative and negotiation skills.
• Prepare and abstract MEP tender, BOQ, documents, drawings.
• Review OEM / vendor / contractor offer, consideration, deviation specifications to calculate the cost of materials, labour, equipment
• Coordination with vendor, client, contractors for timely submission of prebid query, offer submission.
• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Prepare and submit tenders for potential projects by calculating detailed cost breakdowns and submitting competitive bids.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractor and vendors to discuss MEP tender scope of work, costing, deviation and consideration.

Skills and Competencies

o    Strong MEPF technically, cost comparative and negotiation skills.

o    Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

o    Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

o    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o    Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

o    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

o    Understanding on OEM / Vendor / Contractor offer and documents.

Experience: -

2-5 Year Estimation and costing MEP Tender.
