CRM - NBFC Channel
Job Summary:
The CRM for the NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) Channel plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and developing robust partnerships within the financial landscape. This position is integral in enhancing business operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance business growth within the NBFC channel, identifying opportunities and assessing market trends.
- Lead a team of relationship managers, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve performance goals and operational excellence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive collaboration, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Monitor performance metrics of the cluster and individual team members, analyzing data to inform decision-making and improve effectiveness.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships and operations, maintaining a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights and feedback to senior management on market dynamics and customer preferences to guide product development and service offerings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the financial services or NBFC sector.
