Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager – Software & Systems who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all software-related activities within the organization. The role will act as the single point of contact between the company and external software vendors , ensuring smooth implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business software systems.
The candidate will also be responsible for training employees on software usage, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all departments effectively utilize the company’s digital systems .
Key Responsibilities
1. Software Management & Coordination
•
Act as the
primary liaison between the company and software service providers
.
•
Coordinate with vendors for
implementation, customization, upgrades, and issue resolution
.
•
Monitor performance and usage of all company software systems.
•
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, CRM, and other internal software tools
used by different departments.
2. User Support & Training
•
Conduct
software training sessions for employees
across departments.
•
Provide
guidance and technical support
to users facing system-related issues.
•
Develop
training materials, SOPs, and user manuals
for internal systems.
•
Ensure new employees are properly trained on company software platforms.
3. System Implementation & Improvement
•
Support the
implementation of new software systems or modules
as per business needs.
•
Gather feedback from departments to improve software usability and
efficiency.
•
Work closely with management and vendors to
enhance system functionality
.
4. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting
•
Identify and resolve software-related problems in coordination with
vendors.
•
Track and manage
software support tickets and follow up for timely resolution
.
•
Maintain documentation of issues and solutions.
5. Data & System Monitoring
•
Ensure
data accuracy and system integrity
across software platforms.
•
Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
•
Assist management with
reports and insights generated from software systems
.
Required Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
.
•
8 years of experience
in IT or software management roles.
•
Experience working with
ERP, CRM, or Real Estate management software
.
•
Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
•
Good understanding of
business processes and software integration
.
