Senior Accounts Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the
financial operations at our Bavla plant. This role is crucial in managing
manufacturing accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, and general
accounting practices that drive the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including oversight of invoicing,
billing, and reconciliation processes.

Prepare and analyze financial statements to facilitate informed
decision-making and promote financial stability.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
specific to the manufacturing sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting
efforts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Implement financial controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and
safeguard company assets.

Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, fostering professional
development and promoting best practices.

Address and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
to maintain a smooth operational flow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

10–11 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment.

Proven expertise in invoicing, billing, and general accounting practices.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high accuracy in
financial reporting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact
effectively with stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage
multiple priorities.

A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous
roles.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience with ERP accounting software, particularly those used in
manufacturing.
