Requirements:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the BFSI sector.
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in business partnering with senior leadership for workforce planning and talent strategy.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the BFSI industry.
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or ATD) is a plus.
Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and data analytics for talent acquisition.
