Job purpose
The Management Trainee – HR will support various Human Resources functions
including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement,
Organization Development, and Talent Management initiatives. This role is
designed for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in strategic
and operational HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening,
interview coordination, and onboarding.

Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, social media, and
university platforms.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and candidate
feedback.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

HR Operations Support

Assist in employee documentation, joining formalities, and HR record
management.

Coordinate employee onboarding and induction activities.

Support attendance, leave, and employee data management processes.

Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR databases.

Assist in preparation of HR letters, reports, and presentations.

Employee Engagement

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities,
events, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,
or related field.
2 years of experience in HR or related functions.
Internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
