Associate Finance Service

• Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants

• Prior articleship experience in Direct Tax, FEMA, or Transaction Advisory will be preferred

*Key areas of exposure include:*

• Income-tax advisory

• Regulatory advisory and compliances

• Registrations under SEBI and IFSC regulations (AIF, PMS, etc.)

• Transaction advisory (buy-side/sell-side deals)

• Applications to regulatory authorities (IFSC/SEBI/RBI)

• Income-tax litigation (assessments, reassessments, appeals)

• Jurisdictional analysis for foreign investments into India

• Offshore fund structuring
