About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework, deep experience in SDK and third-party integrations, and proficiency in publishing Android and iOS builds. Experience in app performance optimization and mentoring junior developers is essential. Candidates with a fintech background will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flutter Development
   • Design, develop, and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
   • Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
   • Work closely with designers and product teams to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality features.
2. Integrations & Architecture
   • Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs, ensuring seamless performance and maintainability.
   • Implement secure, stable, and scalable mobile architectures.
   • Manage state using BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or other recommended patterns.
3. Build & Deployment
   • Manage Android (AAB/APK) and iOS (IPA) build pipelines.
   • Handle end-to-end Play Store and App Store submissions, updates, certificates, provisioning profiles, and release processes.
   • Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, etc.).
4. Performance & App Size Optimization
   • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and rendering efficiency.
   • Conduct app size reduction strategies including asset optimization, code minification, and dynamic feature management.
   • Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues using tools like Firebase Performance, Dart DevTools, etc.
5. Team Leadership
   • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and guiding best practices.
   • Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
   • Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
6. Payment Gateway Integration
   • Integrate and maintain secure payment solutions (Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, in-app purchases, etc.).
   • Ensure PCI-DSS compliance and implement best practices for secure transaction handling.
   • Troubleshoot and optimize transaction workflows for efficiency and stability.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3+ years specifically in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter widgets, state management patterns, and mobile app architecture.
• Proven experience with third-party SDK integration (analytics, authentication, payment gateways, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store release processes.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and offline storage.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging).
• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech, BFSI, or payments domain.
• Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements for fintech applications.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
