Planning Manager
Job Summary:
The Planning Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the strategic
planning and execution of high-rise building and EPC projects across various
sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential, hotels, and
institutional projects. This position is essential for ensuring projects are
completed on time, within scope, and budget, thereby driving organizational
success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and scheduling of projects, ensuring timely completion and
adherence to budget constraints.

Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for effective
planning and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and
implementing corrective actions.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of project
objectives and expectations.

Utilize project management software and tools to create comprehensive
project plans and timelines.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve
future project planning processes.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

B.E. / B.Tech / M. Tech degree in Civil Engineering or related field; NICMAR
certification preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning and management, with a
focus on high-rise and EPC projects.

Proven track record of completing at least one project life cycle from start
to end, including handover.

Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data and
develop actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration
among diverse teams.
