Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Gypsum Plaster Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering exceptional gypsum plaster solutions for both project [builder architect [B2b] and retail applications. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality standards, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of gypsum plaster projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhancements for gypsum plaster products.
• Coordinate training and development for team members focusing on best practices and safety standards in gypsum plaster application.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
• Analyze project outcomes to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in gypsum plaster-related projects or retail management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of gypsum plaster materials, application techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certifications in project management or construction are a plus.
