Human Resources - Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Summary:
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in shaping the
organization's pay structures and employee benefits programs. This position is
pivotal in ensuring equitable compensation practices and enhancing employee
satisfaction through innovative benefits offerings that align with the
company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate compensation data to ensure competitive salary
structures across the organization.

Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

Collaborate with finance and HR teams to prepare annual compensation budgets
and forecasts.

Conduct regular market surveys to remain updated on compensation trends and
industry standards.

Advise and educate management and employees on compensation policies and
benefits programs.

Implement and oversee job evaluation and classification systems to maintain
compliance and fairness in compensation.

Generate and present compensation reports and analysis to senior management
to assist in decision-making.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
administration.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis, with an eye for
detail.

Proficient with HRIS tools and Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with
compensation management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster employee
engagement.

Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations relating to compensation
and benefits.
- PHR or CCP certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
