Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in our Agro Industry by overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance. This position is essential for ensuring fiscal responsibility and driving the growth of the organization through informed financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports to present to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks and opportunities related to new projects and initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial statements.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with a strong academic background.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
