Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tile Adhesive Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the industry. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of tile adhesive products, impacting overall project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of tile adhesive products to ensure compatibility and performance with various substrates.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients regarding tile adhesive application techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative tile adhesive solutions that meet industry standards and customer needs.
• Train and mentor junior staff and customers on the proper usage and application of tile adhesive products.
• Perform field evaluations and quality control testing to ensure product integrity and effectiveness on-site.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the tile adhesive market.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product performance and project outcomes to share with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the tile adhesive industry or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of various tile adhesive products and their applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze product performance in real-world conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in conducting technical presentations and training sessions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
