About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to manage day-to-day finance operations, banking relationships, fund planning and liquidity management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial transactions, effective fund utilisation and timely coordination with banks and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day finance operations and transactions.
- Handle and maintain strong working relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage banking transactions, payments, collections, fund transfers and related activities.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly cash flow and fund-flow requirements.
- Ensure adequate availability of funds for business operations and timely payment obligations.
- Undertake fund planning, cash management and liquidity management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment requirements, collections and fund utilisation.
- Monitor bank balances, cash positions and overall working capital requirements.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank transactions and resolution of discrepancies.
- Review and monitor finance processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency and adequate internal controls.
