Executive Assistant to CHRO
Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) plays a
crucial role in supporting the strategic management of human resources
functions within our organization. This position serves as a key liaison
between the CHRO, executive team, and employees, ensuring seamless operations
and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritize the CHRO's calendar, scheduling appointments and
coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive
meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Facilitate communication by acting as point of contact between the CHRO,
other executives, and department heads, ensuring timely follow-up on action
items.

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CHRO, balancing a
busy travel schedule with personal preferences and organizational needs.

Assist in the management of HR projects by tracking timelines, providing
administrative support, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining a high
level of professionalism in all communications.

Support the CHRO in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with
the company’s strategic goals and mission.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related
field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in
a corporate HR environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
interface gracefully with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
experience with HRIS and project management software.

Preferred Qualifications:
