Age Group: 45-55 yrs

Qualification : CA / Cost Accountant

Background : Should be from the manufacturing set up with handling minimum 8-10 entities in different countries

 

Details :

a) Would be a Group Finance head for 20-25 companies under the Madhvani Group.

b) Finance Head of each company will report to the Group Finance Head

c) It is a replacement position, and hence confidential

d) Key Responsibilities: Consolidation of Group Accounts

                                        Internal-External  Audit

                                        Tax Issues

                                        Group Treasury Money - Cash Flow for the Group

                                        Transfer Pricing issue

e) The company name should not be revealed till candidate is shortlisted for an interview

f) Should be presentable & confident

g) Should currently hold a Group CFO level position for a minimum of 8-10 entities.

h) The group's current turnover is 500 Million USD 

i) Reporting to MD

j) Budget: $8,000 USD + local allowance + accomodation + transportation
