Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager at Canara HSBC Life Insurance plays a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and fostering relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs). This position is integral to enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the growth of our insurance solutions within a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to target HNI and UHNI customers, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, conducting regular check-ins to assess their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance assessment to drive high levels of engagement and results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Canara HSBC Life Insurance’s products in the HNI and UHNI segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with the affluent customer base.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, outlining progress towards targets and strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while executing sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of HNI and UHNI demographics, behaviors, and financial needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for affluent clientele.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an emphasis on relationship management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools to track sales progress and client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
