Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the talent landscape of our organization by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier mid to senior-level candidates, while also managing budget planning for recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality mid to senior-level talent across various functions.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall potential within the organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create targeted job descriptions, and establish effective hiring frameworks.
• Manage the recruitment budget by allocating resources effectively, forecasting future hiring needs, and tracking expenses to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through networking, talent mapping, and proactive outreach.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on talent market trends and recruitment best practices, fostering a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on mid to senior-level hiring.
• Proven experience in budget planning and management for recruitment initiatives.
• Strong understanding of competency-based interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software to manage recruitment processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
