JOB PROFILE
- Managing Key accounts /Meeting with Large Interior Contractor, Larger turnkey contractors, upscale builders/developers, big Architects /Project Management Consultants working in IT/Hospitality/Commercial projects, Govt. Institutions.
- Manage Client relationship through all phases of sales cycle
- Negotiation and closing deals
- Ensure all Quality Parameters are followed as per Quality Norms
- Product Specification/ Enlisting
- Complaint resolution
- To improve Customer Experience by identifying and improving the Customer requirements across Customer touch points
