Security Head - Manager

Job Description

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) is responsible for developing and leading the security strategy across multiple coliving properties, ensuring the safety of residents, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role oversees physical security operations, crisis management, incident response, risk assessments, security technology, vendor management, and compliance with relevant regulations. The CSO works closely with operations, facilities, and leadership teams to maintain a secure living environment, standardize security protocols across all locations, and drive continuous improvement in safety and risk management practices. Liaise with local authorities for any kind of legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead security operations across all coliving properties.
2. Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans.
3. Conduct risk assessments, investigations, and incident management.
4. Oversee security personnel, vendors, and surveillance systems.
5. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company safety standards.
6. Manage crisis response, business continuity, and stakeholder communication.
7. Monitor security performance metrics and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Ex-army / Ex-Police officials with extensive experience in corporate, hospitality, residential, or multi-site security management.
2. Strong leadership, crisis management, and stakeholder management skills.
3. Knowledge of security technologies, risk management, and compliance requirements.
4. Relevant security, law enforcement, military, or risk management certifications preferred.
