Senior FPGA Design Engineer

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior FPGA Design Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in FPGA architecture, high-speed design, DSP implementation, and system-level integration. The candidate will lead complex FPGA development projects and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and develop complex FPGA-based systems
• Lead top-level FPGA integration and system validation
• Implement advanced DSP algorithms and control logic state machines
• Perform timing optimization and resource management
• Manage constraint files and achieve timing closure for high-speed designs
• Lead verification using SystemVerilog / UVM-based test benches
• Participate in full design cycle from specification to production
• Work closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams
• Support SoC/ASIC validation and complex digital design verification
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 6–10 years of hands-on FPGA design experience
• Strong expertise in VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Deep knowledge of Xilinx / Altera (Intel) FPGA architectures
• Strong understanding of:
• High-speed interfaces
• AXI / AMBA architecture
• PCIe
• Ethernet
• USB
• Proven experience in timing closure and constraint optimization
• Experience in verifying complex SoC or ASIC designs
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Leadership and mentoring capability
