Primary Role Description
Handling of team of 3 to 4 members for CSG/B2B business from Large MNC and Domestic brokers.
Product line - Group Health/GPA/Group OPD/Group CI/Group Travel.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Management
- Broker relationship management
- Renewal management
- Negotiation with the underwriters
- Partners portfolio management
- Business forecasting
- New brokers identification and activation
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
Post-Graduation/PGDBM/MBA
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in the Corporate sales for any General Insurance/Health Insurance company/Broker. Experience in handling Employee Benefit programs/Group health will be an added advantage.
