Job Description
Position: Quality Assurance (QA) – PVC Plant
Experience: Minimum 2 years in PVC Extrusion Industry
Industry Preference: WPC / PVC Manufacturing
Education : Diploma / CIPET

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Executive to ensure consistent
quality of WPC products through online and offline visual inspections, dimensional
checks, and defect identification. The role requires hands-on experience in WPC or PVC
production environments with strong inspection and problem-acknowledgement skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Online & Offline Quality Inspection
• Perform online quality inspection during production to identify defects in real
time.
• Conduct offline visual inspection of finished and semi-finished WPC products.
• Acknowledge and record quality issues promptly for corrective action.
2. Visual & Physical Quality Checks
• Inspect products visually for:
o Surface defects
o Warpage (by visual inspection)
o Cracks, bends, discoloration, or uneven finish
• Check dimensions of all sides as per approved drawings/specifications.
• Monitor and verify weight variation against defined standards.
3. Measurement & Documentation
• Use basic measuring instruments (vernier calipers, gauges, weighing scales).
• Maintain inspection records, quality checklists, and deviation reports.

• Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA).
4. Process & Quality Improvement
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement in quality standards and processes.
• Ensure adherence to company quality norms and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA role within WPC or PVC manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of visual inspection techniques and dimensional checking.
• Ability to identify warpage, weight variation, and dimensional defects.
• Familiarity with shop-floor inspection processes.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Background
• Experience in WPC / PVC boards, profiles, or extrusion products.
• Exposure to continuous production lines and shop-floor QA activities.
