Job Description / Responsibilities

1.       Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2.       Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3.       Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights that inform business decisions.

4.       Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process maps.

5.       Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and met.

6.       Testing Support: Assist in the testing phase by developing test cases and scenarios, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.

7.       Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.

8.       Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Required skills

·        Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., Python, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel).

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
