Chief Accountant

Role Summary:

We are seeking a senior, hands-on finance professional to lead our accounting function. You will be
the owner's right hand for all financial reporting, compliance, banking, imports, and partner books.
You will communicate with the owner daily and provide the financial control and strategic insight
needed to run a growing manufacturing business.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to own the finance function, ensure zero compliance
mistakes, optimize banking costs, and manage the complexity of import costing and partner book
adjustments.

A. DAILY REPORTING & COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER (Non-Negotiable)

Task Details
Daily Report by 10 AM Send comprehensive report to owner every morning including:

• CBP Report: Cash in hand, Bank balance, Collections yesterday, Payments due today, Upcoming
payments this week
• Imports Status: Shipments in transit, arrived, costing completed, deposits pending
• BOM Variance Summary: From Financial Controller (red flags and actions taken)
• Pending Approvals: Sales orders waiting for approval, invoices to review
• Backlog Check: Any unentered transactions older than 1 day
• AR/AP Summary: Major overdue customers, suppliers due this week
Daily Stand-up (10-10:15 AM) Quick call or in-person meeting with owner to highlight urgent issues
Ad-hoc Communication Immediate reporting for urgent matters (loan deadlines, tax issues, major
approvals)
