Regional Branch Banking Liabilities Manager
Job Summary:
The Regional Branch Banking Liabilities Manager is responsible for overseeing
and enhancing the liabilities portfolio of the region. This role plays a
pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives aimed at boosting deposit growth
and enhancing customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the financial
health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to increase deposits across regional
branches by analyzing market trends and customer needs.

Zonal Head, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

campaigns focused on deposit acquisition.

ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a
focus on liabilities management.
