Role Overview:
EasyKey Home Loan (SSG Group) is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 Relationship Managers and drive business growth across Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, Prime Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 5 Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and NBFCs to facilitate loan sourcing and closures.
- Drive business development through broker networks, channel partners, and financial institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships to increase loan disbursements.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and business targets while ensuring smooth loan processing and closures.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with relevant experience in brokerage firms, loan distribution companies, or NBFCs .
- Strong experience in Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, Prime Home Loans, and LAP.
- Proven team management and sales leadership experience.
- Established relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
