About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sortex Operator to handle color sorting
machines for sesame seeds, rice, and soybean. The candidate will be
responsible for ensuring high-quality output and smooth machine operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Sortex (color sorting) machines for sesame seeds, rice, and soybean
- Ensure proper cleaning and sorting of grains as per quality standards
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and minimal wastage
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production records and report any issues
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Sortex/Color Sorter Operator
- Experience in handling sesame seeds, rice, or soybean processing
- Basic technical knowledge of sorting machines
- Ability to work in a production environment
