Zonal Manager - Agency Life Insurance
Job Summary:
The Zonal Manager for Agency Life Insurance will play a crucial role in
driving sales performance and enhancing the agency network across the
designated zone. This position requires a strategic leader who can cultivate
strong relationships with agents and ensure the successful implementation of
business strategies to achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of agents to achieve sales objectives and growth
targets within the assigned zone.

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the agency distribution
network and enhance market penetration.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing guidance and
support to optimize agent effectiveness.

knowledge and sales techniques.

Act as a point of contact for agents to resolve any issues and provide

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
