Key Responsibilities

Manpower Planning:
Plan and monitor manpower requirements as per production and shift
needs.

Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for operators, technicians,
supervisors, staff and contract workers.

Onboarding:
Manage joining formalities, documentation, induction and employee
orientation.

Attendance & Leave:
Manage daily attendance, shifts, leave, absenteeism and overtime
records.

Payroll Coordination:
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance,
overtime, incentives, deductions and new joiners/exits.

Statutory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages,
Contract Labour and other applicable labour laws.

Contract Labour:
Coordinate with contractors and ensure manpower availability and
statutory compliance.

Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and day-to-day
workforce concerns.

Retention:
Monitor attrition, conduct exit interviews and implement employee
retention initiatives.

Engagement:
Drive employee engagement, welfare and recognition activities.

Company Policies:
Ensure proper implementation and communication of HR policies, rules
and procedures.

Training:
Coordinate induction, skill development and mandatory training
programs.

HR MIS:
Maintain manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, overtime,
payroll and compliance reports.

Audit Support:
Coordinate internal, statutory and labour-law audits and ensure
timely closure of observations.
Candidate Profile
-
MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW or equivalent.
-
4–8 years
of experience in Plant/Factory HR.
-
Experience in
flexible packaging / printing / plastics / manufacturing
preferred.

Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and contract
labour.
-
Strong communication, employee-handling and problem-solving skills.
-
Good working knowledge of
MS Excel and HRMS/attendance systems
