Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and expanding
market presence for our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). This position is
responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, cultivating strong
client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales
strategies for both secured and unsecured financial products.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales
targets across the assigned area.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both secured and
unsecured business lines to drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities and risks within
the competitive landscape.

Foster client relationships through regular interactions, ensuring high
levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their
skills and performance.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management,
highlighting key trends and insights.

Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and
product development to align sales initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years and up to 15 years of experience in sales, preferably
within the NBFC or financial services sector.

Proven knowledge and experience in both unsecured and secured lending
products.

Demonstrated success in managing a sales team and achieving significant
sales targets.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, develop strategies, and
make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage
clients and team members.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus.
