Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer Architect to join our Digital Platforms team. This role combines hands-on development with architectural responsibilities, including designing scalable solutions and contributing to platform strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience and proven expertise in architecting solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB. This position requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with overlapping PST hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Develop and maintain CMDB and ITSM workflows to ensure accurate data and efficient processes.
Architect and enhance HRSD and ITAM modules for streamlined HR and asset management operations.
Create dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics for actionable insights.
Contribute to platform governance and architectural decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Support integrations with third-party systems and automate processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal platform performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with architectural responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
Experience architecting solutions across ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and familiarity with REST API integrations.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
Must be able to overlap at least 2+ hours with PST time zone.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
Experience with Agile methodology and ITIL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
