Responsibilities

• Responsible for channel management in assigned location/ area
• Cultivating and maintaining relationships with broker/ agents / CA
• Conducting training program for assigned branch staff, Broker RM to facilitate the cross selling of PHI products
• Daily / Weekly visits to assigned partners
• Monthly training to assigned partners
• Implementation of sales strategy, Revenue Generation and achieving targets
• Responsible for objection handling and aiding sales process carried out by the department
• Manage retention and focus on Quality Business

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Insurance, Finance or related fields. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
• In depth knowledge of health, life and general insurance products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet target deadlines
• Professional certification in insurance is plus
