Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with strong experience in high-rise building and EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to end-to-end project planning, monitoring, and control, with the ability to manage timelines and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
• Prepare baseline programs, cash flow projections, and resource planning.
• Track project progress, identify delays, and suggest corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Conduct delay analysis and risk assessment.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved as per timelines.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in Planning & Scheduling.
• Experience in High-rise Building & EPC Projects is mandatory.
• Exposure to Commercial, Healthcare, Residential, Hotel, and Institutional projects .
• Must have completed at least one full project life cycle (start to handover) .
• Infrastructure project experience should be minimal (not from more than one company).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• B.E. / B.Tech / M. Tech (Civil)
