Title of position : Manager Electrical / Project Manager

Job Title : Manager Electrical / Project Manager Electrical
Reports to : Head of Engineering
Supervises : Assistant Manager
Working loc : Mouila, Gabon
Purposes: Responsible to provide reliable performance of existing facilities, infrastructures, power
supply utilities. To deliver Opex and Capex project in time, as per specified quality and
within the budgeted cost.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and lead SHE program implementation in maintenance and project area
- Manage reliable power supply in the plantation facilities
- Manage maintenance system and activities of existing electrical installation at the facilities and
infrastructures such as houses, warehouses, workshops, water treatment, other miscellaneous facilities.
- Manage and lead construction / maintenance team on site together with assistant manage
- Prepare the design, BOQ, cost estimate and schedule for projects
- Liaise with other division / department during the planning and execution of the projects, such as
procurement dept, finance dept, estate dept, etc.
- Manage the contractors during the construction phase up to commissioning.
- Implement QC system during project stages
- Prepare annual budget of maintenances activities
- Budget and effectively control expenses
- Perform specific task assigned by company
Qualifications:
- Electrical Bachelor degree or above.
- Min 10 years experience in Engineering and construction, and Min 2 years in Manager position
- Having experiences in managing projects of medium voltage transmission lines, electrical installation at
the buildings, water treatment, and other facilities
- Having experiences of managing own construction crew
- Good understanding of engineering design aspect
- Having experiences working at West Africa region
- PMP qualification is preferred
Pre-requisite Skills:
- Good command of English
- Good problem solving skill
- Good capability in communicate.
- Technically competent, and hands-on yet able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory.
- Can work under pressure, dynamic, flexible self motivator.
