F uelBuddy   is   India' s leading   on-demand   fuel   delivery   platform,   serving   telecom,   infrastructure,   and enterpris e clients nationwide. We are expanding our Tower Business vertical and are looking for a telecom professional to drive growth by onboarding new tower clients.

Role Summary

'      This is a d ual-responsibility leadership role combining Business development and Operations. The role also includes high-level coordination on operational escalations to ensure client satisfattion post-onboarding.

his role is ideal for someone who understands telecom tower operations, vendor/client dynamics, and enterpris e decision-making.

 

Key R esponsibilities

•          Acquire new telecom tower clients (Tower Companies, IP-1s, lnfracos, Telecom Operators).

•         Leverage existing telecom industry relationships to onboard large, multi-location tower accounts.

•         Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

•         Build and manage a strong enterprise BD pipeline for tower-related business.

•         Engage with senior stakeholders across procurement, network, and operations.

•         Support smooth onboarding and act as a point of contact for critical escalations.

•          Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and timely resolution of client concerns.

•         Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Compliance, Finance) for smooth execution.

•           Handle client escalatïons professionally and drive root-cause resolution.

•          Identify opportunities for account expansion and repeat business.

What We're Looking For

•         1£I—15 years of experience in telecom / tower business development.

•         Proven track record of new client acquisition in the tower or telecom infra space.

•          Strong understanding of telecom tower ecosystem and decision-making structure.

•         Good negotiation, co mmunication, and relationship management skills.

•          Ability to balance a hunter mindset (BD) with execution ownership (Ops).

•         Willingness to travel j Laptop & vehicle required.
