GM – Operations

We are looking for a professional General Manager Operations who will be the
reporting to Chairman & Board of Directors of Keshwala Group.
General Manager Operations is responsible for:
➢ Oversee day-to-day Operations of plant.
➢ Design strategy and set goals for growth of business.
➢ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
➢ Set policies and processes to attain productivity
➢ Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
➢ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
➢ Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
➢ Direct the employee assessment process
➢ Business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
➢ Prepare regular reports for Board of Directors & Chairman
➢ Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
➢ Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of
business to competitors)
➢ Technical Aspect required mandatorily, Person should working knowledge on
1. Double pass regenerative furnace capacity over 50 Ton
2. Gasifier working on coal, wood, Furnace oil, Brunet
3. Soda Ash + Sand & Soda Ash + Quartz
4. Dissolving plant knowledge

5. Batching knowledge only solid.
6. Production capacity 30,000 Ton Solid Annual / 80 Ton solid p.m.
