Role Overview
We are looking to appoint a
Community Manager
to take ownership of the day-to-day experience, front desk operations, and
floor management across our real estate asset.
The role will be the
visible face of the property
, ensuring that tenants, visitors, leadership, and service partners
experience a professional, welcoming, and well-managed environment.
This is not a traditional reception or administrative role. It is a
high-visibility, hands-on position
responsible for how the property functions and feels on a daily basis — from
the front desk and visitor experience to floor readiness, tenant
coordination, events, and community engagement.
Key Objective
To create a
seamless, professional, and engaging workplace experience
by maintaining high standards of front-of-house service, floor operations,
tenant engagement, and property presentation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Guest Experience
-
Own the overall front desk and reception experience.

Ensure all visitors, tenants, clients, and guests are received
professionally and assisted promptly.

Manage visitor registration, access coordination, meeting room
requirements, and guest movement.

Maintain high standards of hospitality, grooming, communication, and
service.

Act as the first point of contact for tenant and visitor queries.
2. Floor & Common Area Management
-
Take day-to-day ownership of assigned floors and common areas.

Ensure floors are clean, organized, well-maintained, and
presentation-ready at all times.

Conduct regular floor walks and proactively identify operational or
maintenance issues.

Coordinate with facility, housekeeping, security, engineering, and other
service teams for timely resolution.

Monitor workplace ambience, signage, lighting, pantry, meeting areas, and
overall floor readiness.
3.Culture, Presentation & Standards

Act as the
custodian of the property's front-of-house experience and service
standards
.

Maintain a professional, welcoming, and premium environment.

Ensure consistency in grooming, communication, hospitality, and customer
interaction.

Promote a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
among service teams.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve tenant and visitor
experience.
4. Community Engagement & Experience
-
Plan and execute initiatives that encourage engagement within the
property.

Coordinate tenant events, festive celebrations, networking activities,
wellness initiatives, and community programs.
-
Develop regular engagement calendars to create a vibrant and connected
workplace community.

Encourage participation across different tenant organizations.
-
Gather tenant feedback and translate insights into improvements in the
overall experience.
5. Hospitality, Events & Amenities
-
Coordinate meeting rooms, event spaces, visitor areas, and shared
amenities.

Ensure catering, housekeeping, and hospitality arrangements meet expected
standards.

Coordinate with vendors for events and tenant requirements.
-
Ensure seamless execution of property-level events and activations.
-
Maintain consistent service standards across all customer-facing
touchpoints.
6. Operations & Vendor Coordination
-
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, parking, engineering, facility
management, and other operational teams.
-
Monitor service quality and ensure agreed standards are maintained.
-
Maintain records of recurring issues, complaints, service requests, and
resolutions.
-
Support the implementation of SOPs and operational protocols across
floors.
-
Ensure issues are proactively identified rather than addressed only after
complaints.
Ideal Candidate
-
3–5 years of experience in
community management, hospitality, premium real estate, coworking,
facility management, front office, retail, luxury hospitality, or
customer experience
.

Strong experience managing front desk, reception, floor operations, or
customer-facing environments.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong coordination and stakeholder-management abilities.
-
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership, tenants, vendors, and
service teams.
-
Highly presentable, proactive, and service-oriented.
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Should be comfortable being
hands-on and visible on the floor
rather than operating purely from a desk.
