About the role
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management, LAN/WAN administration, server management, system maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of network management, Windows/Linux server administration, system security, and hardware diagnostics.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be responsible, technically competent, and willing to work in Ghana on a long-term basis.
