Head – Interior Design & Fit-outs

Role Brief

The role will lead the complete Interior Design and Fit-outs function across Venus Infra projects, covering design development, consultants, execution, quality, commercial control and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

·          Lead the interior design, fit-out and finishing function across multiple projects.

·          Drive projects from concept, space planning and design development through execution and handover.

·          Manage architects, interior designers, PMC/IPC partners, consultants, contractors and vendors.

·          Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, materials, mock-ups and design changes.

·          Ensure design intent, execution quality, project timelines and cost targets are achieved.

·          Drive value engineering and coordinate with procurement/commercial teams.

·          Monitor contractor performance and resolve execution-related issues.

·          Lead project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

·          Establish design, fit-out and quality standards across projects.

·          Ensure timely completion and high-quality delivery of interiors and finishing works.

Ideal Candidate

·          15+ years of relevant experience.

·          Strong experience in large-scale real estate, commercial, luxury residential, hospitality or high-end interior projects .

·          Strong exposure to IPC/PMC, design & build and end-to-end project execution preferred.

·          Should have managed large teams, consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders.

·          Strong understanding of design, execution, BOQs, materials, quality and commercial aspects.

·          Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
