The company is involved in manufacturing castor oil and castor-oil-based specialty products used across pharma, agriculture, lubricants, cosmetics, and industrial applications.

Ihsedu Agro Chem Pvt Ltd Manager Engineering 1. Reports to : Head Operation 2. Qualification Requirement for this Position: • B.E. Mechanical having experience of 15 to 18 years. 3. Requisite Skills and Knowledge for this Position: • Must have minimum 15 to 18 years of experience of handling solid & liquid material handling plants like oil mill, fertilizers, cement, bulk inorganic chemicals or heavy chemicals. • Knowledge of equipment such as oil expellers, compressors, de-solemnizers- toasters , bleachers, neutralizers , air compressors ,boilers, pressure vessels, pressure filters, sifters ,vacuum systems – ejectors & watering pumps , cooling towers , bucket elevators , screw conveyors , chain /drag conveyors , gear box, condensers , , AHU, pumps, etc. • Must have experience in solid fired boilers, turbine and utilities. • Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, conditioning monitoring, budgeting, costing, etc. • Must have knowledge of industrial safety and related procedures. • He must also have knowledge and exposure of electrical, instrumentation and civil work. • Must be able to handle maintenance contractors and maintenance team. • He must have experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other audits. • Must have statutory knowledge for required certificates, etc. • He must have good communication skills and Know local language. • Must be computer Savvy (MS Office), Preparing MIS. • Must have experience with ISO documentation. • Must be able to reduce inventory and cost reduction. 4. Job Role • Management of all engineering and maintenance procedures at plant. • Responsible for store and spares management. • Always update with trouble shoot equipment. • To budget, monitor and maintain plant. Job Description • To manage and implement preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, diagnose and trouble shoot equipment and make necessary repairs. • To be well equipped with value engineering, indenting, stores and spares management, contractor development, vendor evaluation & development. • Manage & implement proper safety procedures through the plant. • Follow up corrective actions and implement counter measures to minimize reoccurrence of faults. • Managing the facilities on site ensures they complete tasks on time and safely to required standards. • To prepare for MIS maintenance. • To prepare PEPA, Capex, drawings, MOC for major changes in plant facilities. • To prepare ISO Documentation. 6. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for all equipment and facilities breakdowns, corrective actions and counter measures. • Responsible for reduction in maintenance costs and lowering stores inventory.
