Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud‑native platforms, combined with hands‑on experience in AI‑assisted development and Generative AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and modernize enterprise‑scale applications using Java microservices deployed on Docker and Kubernetes, integrate through API Gateways, and actively leverage AI code assist tools and AI agents to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

This role demands deep technical ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor teams in AI‑augmented software engineering.

8+years of hands‑on experience in Java enterprise application development.
Strong expertise in Java 8+/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
Proven experience building microservices‑based architectures.
Strong hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with API Gateways (routing, security, rate limiting).
