Ihsedu Agrochem Pvt Ltd Plant Incharge 1. Reports to : Head Operation 2. Qualification Requirement for this Position: • Diploma in Chemical Engineering having experience of 10 to 12 years or • B.E. Chemical having experience 6 to 9 years or • Oil Technologist having experience of 6 to 9 years 3. Requisite Skills and Knowledge for this Position: • Must have minimum 7-10 years of experience working in a continuous hazardous (flammable) plant or Speciality Chemicals or in refinery of Edible or Nonedible oil. • Must have good communication skills. • Must be computer Savvy (MS Office), Preparing MIS. • Must have experience with ISO documentation. • To have adequate exposure to laboratory and analytical processes. • Must have experience of production planning , trouble shooting , shut down work 4. Job Role • To manage production activities in assigned plant. • To manage ISO activity and documentation. • To manage tank farm and ware housing. 5. Job Description • To manage day to day production along with raw material, manpower and maintenance planning • To handle PLC/ DCS systems effectively • To prepare MIS • To prepare ISO Documentation • To be well equipped with exposure to safety systems, Tank-farm and ware housing exposure and Analytical/ Laboratory exposure. 6.
