Roles & Responsibilities (Professional /Technical Competencies)

:

Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across large‑scale projects (real estate, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, mixed‑use). Ensure integration of Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interiors, Façade, Landscape, and specialist disciplines to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant design packages.

·         Design Coordination: Manage design deliverables, resolve conflicts, and ensure constructability.

·         Team Support: Work closely with Design & BIM Coordinators; support collaboration and knowledge sharing.

·         Stakeholder Interface: Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to align objectives.

·         Technical Oversight: Review drawings for compliance with codes, standards, and statutory approvals.

·         Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks early, minimize clashes, and uphold quality assurance processes.
