Responsibilities: • Handling entire gold loan operations at the region. • Achieve new business targets month on month (customer # volume). • Coordinate with the cross-sell teams to achieve the targets. • Responsible for Hiring the Sales Executives, product training and motivating the sales staff in generating the business
nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform, achieve targets and earn
incentive. • Handling gold loan customer queries, support in documentation and end to end loan processing in LOS – where
applicable
• To ensure cadence as per defined product, process guidelines and fully complaint. • Achieving renewal base and ensuring renewal conversion as per target. • Handle all gold loan audit and compliance related matters. • Clear and resolve all audit and FCU related queries. • Support branch through appraiser identifications/on-boarding and ensuring marketing collaterals/ stationary are
available as per requirement. • Responsible for cross-sell target achievements.
