Cluster Manager - HDFC Bank - Banca Channel

Job Summary:

The Cluster Manager will play a pivotal role in driving insurance sales and fostering strong relationships with HDFC Bank branches within the designated cluster. By effectively leading a team of sales professionals, this position will not only enhance business growth but also establish a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual insurance sales targets across the cluster.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools to efficiently manage leads and sales performance.
Prior experience with Banca channel sales is highly desirable.
