Account Manager

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Salary : Qatar Riyal 15,000 monthly + Visa + Medical + Insurance + Annual Ticket

Reporting to : GM 

 

Core Responsibility

a) Manage all accounting transactions

b) keeping all data & records

c) Monthly expense & income report

d) Following with QS team for monthly payment certificate for each project

e) Payment follow up & collections

f) SOA Updation on monthly basis

g) Following Retention & Due Payment

h) Cash Flow Forecast

i) Reconcile accounts payable & receivable

j) Handle monthly, quarterly & annual closing

k) Manage balance sheet & profit & loss for each project

l) Managing petty cash, checking all expense/invoice

m) Checking purchase order & expense bill

n) Review subcontractor bills & supplies Bill for accuracy 

o) project profit & loss report

p) Quarterly & yearly finance submission report to GM

r) Coordinating closing with audit team
