Reporting To: CEO / Management
Role Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate General Manager to lead our
B2B Last Mile Operations in Gurgaon for our new business. You will be responsible for strategic
planning, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the eGicient, timely, and cost-eGective delivery
of goods to our business clients. The role requires a strong blend of strategy, execution, team
leadership, and process transformation, with a focus on eGiciency, automation, and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize last-mile delivery operations for our new B2B
business.
• Manage and coordinate with fuel delivery partners, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure
seamless execution of delivery operations.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor delivery performance, track key metrics, and
implement improvements to enhance eGiciency and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve delivery issues, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to our B2B
clients. Drive SOPs, process improvements, automation, and continuous optimization
initiatives.
• Has hand on experience and knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and its compliances.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies. Ensure adherence
to regulatory, statutory, and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall service
quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including sales, customer service, and technology, to
achieve business objectives.
Candidate Profile
• Proven experience of 12 years+ in managing last-mile B2B operations in India is essential.
• Strong understanding of India's geography, transportation infrastructure, and local regulations.
• Vehicle and Driver management is must and is aware of related vehicle compliances.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Tech and data savvy, with proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with new business launches or expansions.
• The role requires working from our Gurgaon office for 6 days a week.
